SG CIB is the Corporate and Investment Banking arm of the Societe Generale Group. Present in over 50 countries across Europe, the Americas and Asia.SG CIB provides corporate, financial institutions, investors and public sector clients with value-added integrated financial solutions.

Mission

The Intern will take part in the digitalization projects by supporting the project managers in automating and transforming HR processes that will bring digital experiences to our employees. The Intern will work closely with the regional HR team, HR Shared Service Centre, and HR Information System team.

Main Responsibilities

·  Learn and understand the HR processes and digitalization roadmap
·  Collect and translate user requirement into functional specification for development
·  Identify, analyze and apply information technology and business practices to support HR processes
·  Conduct market research and feasibility study
·  Participate in designing, developing, testing and integrating HR process in information system
·  Assist in implementation, training and transition to accompany users with satisfactory experience
·  Participate in ad hoc tasks as assigned

Desired profile

Profile

·  Currently studying towards a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Management or relevant discipline
·  Good command of Excel, Word and Power Point
·  Solutions driven and ability to work autonomously
·  Process oriented, well organized, and attention to detail
·  Thinks outside the box to bring new ideas
·  Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
·  Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, Cantonese/Mandarin would be a plus

This is a 1-3 month internship with Societe Generale in Hong Kong whereby you will work within the Human Resources Department for the period.
