Mission

• Manage systems-related projects of various size and complexity and coordinate tasks between Development and Operations teams;
• Analyse business and technical requirements arising from client and corporate project initiatives;
• Conduct gap analysis exercises to ensure client requirements can be met;
• Write the Business Requirement Documentation;
• Organize the testing of projects and system changes and any necessary training, handover and support for the Operations teams (change management);
• Manage all business aspects of the development cycle through to implementation;
• Identify, investigate and progress through to resolution any issue that arises.

Desired profile

Profile

• Relevant third level qualification or equivalent experience;
• Experience in business analyst position in similar organization, in particular securities services ;
• Excellent knowledge in Securities Services (Clearing & Settlement, Fund trading, Custody and Issuer services, Trustee Depositary services);
• Ability to manage all aspects of projects with challenging deadlines in a fast moving change oriented environment;
• Ability to quickly adapt to system and business constraints, ability to manage priorities efficiently (Agile method);
• Ability to understand the business needs and translate them into clear system specifications for the developers;
• Ability to ‘think outside the box' in order to achieve solutions to business challenges;
• Ability to understand technical needs and to work with the developers team;
• Clear and open communication in order to keep all parties informed of progress and of project risks;
• Good team work skills;
• Good problem-solving skills, pro-active attitude to new tasks and challenges;
• Excellent command of the English language;
• SQL knowledge.
