業務内容／
主な業務（詳細）

1.最小限の支援で、顧客戦略を理解・明確化し、SPLMSソリューションとアラインさせます

2.リニューアルゴール（サブスクリプションダウンロードME＆S）のゴール目標をする

3.ダウンロードの拡張意の管理法をあり、共有可能でありなセールスチームとセールスコノ計画ダウンロード

4.海外のコミュニケーションとコミュニケーション

5.予算を含むリソース割り当て、採用/解雇の業績評価とセールスフォースのメンテナンスの支払いレビュー

1.最小限の支援で、顧客戦略を理解/明確化し、SPLMSソリューションと整合させる能力。 

2.更新販売（サブスクリプションおよびME＆S）の販売目標を確実に達成する責任があります。 

3.将来の拡張に備えた管理プロセスを含む、共有可能で堅牢な販売チームと販売プロセスを計画および確立します。

4.海外の関連機能と効果的にコミュニケーションできるようにする。

5. Responsible for resource allocation including budget as well as the hiring; firing; performance appraisals and pay reviews of maintenance sales force. 

応募資格（必須要件）／Required Experience and skills

■知識・経験（Knowledge / Experience）

・循環するセールスビジネスへの理解、優れた営業力、関係構築能力。

・予測や目標を管理する上でのビジネスセンス

・3〜5年のマネジメント経験

・Good understanding of recurring sales business,  excellent sales and relationship building skills.

・Good business sense in managing forecasts and targets

・3 to 5 years of experience in people management

・英語とオフィスオートメーションツールに熟練していること

・優れたコミュニケーション力

・IT /ソフトウェア環境においての確かな実績と、少なくとも3〜7年の営業経験。

・At least 3-7 years of sales experience with a proven track record in an IT/Software environment.

・チームプレーヤーとして働き、マネージャーとしてチームをリードする能力

・Ability to work as a team player as well as lead the team as a manager

Education and Major

学士号以上が望ましい。
