SSMR MR Process Enigneer 工艺工程师

Job description

1. Technological support for the MR system integration production, process monitor according to our quality system and product introduction plans.
为MR系统集成生产提供技术支持，基于质量体系和项目计划完成工艺监控
2. Steering, controlling and coaching the definition, development and implementation of production process
生产工艺的开发和引入，以及对产品工艺过程的指导和控制
3. Transferring design from R&D to production (New project and change request)
研发至生产的设计转移（针对新项目或者设计更改）
4. Be responsible for troubleshooting during production and improving quality of product
负责解决生产技术问题，提高产品质量
5. Be responsible for production process optimization and productivity improvement
持续优化生产工艺，提高生产效率
6. Developing and maintaining production documentation (DMR、Master plan、FMEA etc.)
开发及维护生产文件（包括产品制造性文档、工艺过程规划、失效模式和影响分析等）
7. Developing tooling、equipment and new technology including documentation and validation.
设计工装夹具，引入生产设备以及新技术，并进行验证和完成相应的文件工作

任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree, majored in Electrical Engineering or mechatronic.
电子电气工程或机电一体化专业，本科及以上学历
2. Has at least 2 year experience of product process in Electronic factory. Have some software (Office, Microsoft Access etc.) knowledge are preferred
至少2年以上电子产品工厂生产工艺经验，有一定的软件知识(Office，Microsoft Access etc)基础
3. Fast learner and good communication skill
有良好的学习和沟通能力
4. Good English in both speaking and writing
-良好的英语书写能力和口语能力
