What part will you play?

·  Requirement analysis and design of software solutions based on
·  Architecting solution leveraging SaaS infrastructure in alignment with stakeholders
·  Ensuring that implementation of features/delivering solutions in accordance with customer expectations.
·  Working together with Security, Infrastructure architects, System Testing and other key stakeholders to develop proposed solution
·  Responsible for adhering to quality standards as set by quality team
·  Performing Governance / support for relevant documentation (requirement/design/test specification).
·  Ensuring integration and submission of solution into software configuration management system, within committed delivery timelines.
·  Performing regular technical coordination / review with stake holders and ensuring timely reporting and escalations if any.
·  Supporting Project Managers for planning, ensuring risk identification and initiating steps towards risk mitigation.
·  Define Technical and Digitalization Strategy with Sub Segment Head.

·  12+ years' work experience in Software Engineering especially in professional software product development.
·  3+ years of Solution Architect with major Engineering or Digitalization projects
·  Proven skills in C++, C#.Net, WPF,Java is a must
·  Proven skills in various development Frameworks
·  Proven skills on AWS/Azure services (EC2, S3, Networking, IAM, Scalability, High Availability)
·  Experience in CI/CD solutions (Jenkins) and or Infrastructure Tools (Chef, Puppet, CloudFormation)
·  Experience in web-services and knowledge in Micro Service Architecture
·  Experience in TDD, BDD, Cucumber and Mocking Frameworks is a plus
·  Knowledge in NoSQL Databases is a plus
·  Must have good analytical, debugging ad tracing skills. Should be well-versed with clean code principles (DRY, KISS). Exposure to secure coding is beneficial.
·  Sound knowledge of Software Engineering processes. Experience with Agile/Lean practices is preferred.
·  Effective verbal and written communication skills.
