Mission

· Maintain and extend IT infrastructure for R&D development
· Ensure the availability of the software and network environment for R&D
· Ensure the safe and clean of the IT infrastructure in R&D

What are my responsibilities?

· Maintains UNIX/Linux and Windows Operating System to provide optimum performance and system availability.
· Supports standard software and patches like OS linux & windows patches, ClearCase, Teamfoundation Server, GIT to ensure application software is installed correctly and all current maintenance levels have been applied.
· Creates and maintains environment for running batch jobs associated with daily batch cycle and batch reporting subsystem.
· Works with LAN and Network personnel to ensure compatibility with LAN applications and peripheral hardware to provide end users with reliable and stable working environment.
· Supports and maintains other vendor database software installed on the LAN servers.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· Rich Server Admin Experience, including hardware administration and OS administration of Windows server and Linux server
· Experience in resolve security issues on servers used for R&D Teams. (including patch update, sw version update /.etc);
· Rich experience in server share folder access management ;
· Rich Experience in OS/Data backup & restore ;
· Familiar with network configurations, rich experience in network performance troubleshooting and improvement.
· Experience in VM management;
· Familiar with scripts, e.g. BAT/Shell.
· Good teamwork, communication and time management
