Job description

What are my responsibilities?

· Responsible for providing the quotation for the supply of spare parts and service business to the end customer under the business unit of Power and Gas, Power Generation Services.
· Responsible for project administration for scheduled outages including booking of site transporation, hotels etc for scheduled outage as well as preparation for supporting documents on work permit for delegated personnel.
· Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries of the components.
· Support the team for expenses claims, purchase requisition issuance and any administrative related topics assigned.
· Prepare and update monthly report for Order Entry and Revenue forecast by using the designated CRM tools and ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
· Order management process after checking data accuracy and contacting customers to obtain missing information or answer queries when necessary.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Administration or equivalent discipline.
· Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience
· Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
· Knowledge on basic business administration
· Knowledge of general project management
· Good command of English both written & spoken skills
