Due to the fast development of Siemens in Poland we are currently seeking to hire an outstanding candidatefor the Recruitment Specialist position . The successful candidatewill be responsible for finding the best people eager to join Siemens team. S/he will have a chance to conduct various recruitment process for all positions within our organization i.e. in a challenging, technical market and also support numerous Talent Acquisition activities.

What are my responsibilities?

· Supporting the Hiring Managers at all stages of the recruitment process,
· Discussing ideal candidate’s profile with the Hiring Managers,
· Developing competitive recruitment strategies for all levels of open positions,
· Selection of the most effective candidate attraction means,
· Proposing and implementing alternative candidate sourcing ideas,
· Preparation and posting job adverts,
· Managing the candidate selection process,
· Organizing and leading interviews with candidates,
· Recommending the best possible candidate for a given position,
· Taking part in Assessment Centers,
· Introducing new solutions enhancing process effectiveness,
· Managing information flow amongst all the parties involved in recruitment process,
· Candidate database management,
· Market analysis aiming to identify candidates specializing in technical jobs,
· Ensuring positive image of Siemens brand amongst the candidates.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· A degree in psychology, sociology or management,
· 3 years of experience in running recruitment processes independently for various positions and specializations,
· Fluency in English allowing smooth business communication is a must - C1 level required (also with the Hiring Managers from outside the country),
· Strong interpersonal skills as well as business relationship building abilities,
· Practical expertise in using various recruitment and selection techniques,
· Very good MS Office skills,
· Ability to prepare written reports and detailed candidate recommendations,
· Very good organizational skills and ability to work simultaneously on a number of projects in a fast paced environment,
· Goal orientation, engagement and energy,
· Ability to make independent decisions and problem solving skills.
