Our Region Europe is looking for a motivated colleague being responsible for the Product & Solution Security and the Building Technologies Service Platform. In this role you will be the interface between the global responsible at our headquarters in Zug and our local sales and service colleagues all over Europe.

Your new responsibilities

Leverage and drive Product & Solution Security (PSS) network in Region Europe (60%)

· Actively drive product & solution security for Region Europe in cooperation with global Product & Solution Security Officer and with Zones/Countries PSS network
· Deploy IT Security processes and implementation of region’s policy into the organization
· Advise regional and project management for Building Technologies’ products, solutions and services and recommend appropriate processes to introduce security
· Track status of adherence to and application of security standards, processes and policies as well as the implementation of regions’ policies
· Support incident & vulnerability handling process
· Make sure solutions and services meet requirements in regard to security and availability

Act as technical interface for BT’s Service Platform and Siemens’ Mindpshere cloud related solutions (40%)

· Own overall solution architecture and continuously evolve it to meet future requirements
· Collect and master knowledge of BT’s Service Platform and Siemens’ MindSphere cloud solution and act as center of expertise to support customers and product management in translating business needs into technical requirements
· Support regional management in definition of digitalization strategy and translation into solution architecture
· Identify gaps, strategic and financial impacts and risk profile in technical solutions or offerings

Your skills and experience

· Degree in computer science, IT security, electronics or related fields or similar
· 3 to 5 years’ experience in IT-security, certified as Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Secure Software Life cycle Professional (CSSLP) or Information Security Manager (CISM). Knowledge of international standards e.g. 27001, 62443 is an advantage
· 3 to 5 years’ experience in architecture, implementation and operation of distributed applications as well as in project and risk management
· Up-to-date knowledge of API management, REST APIs, IoT protocols
· Experience with SCRUM method and Application Lifecycle Management with .NET, Java, Python, etc.
· Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers and emerging computing trends
· Passion to align international teams and ability to explain your area of expertise to non-experts
· Strong communication skills in English and another European Language (German would be an advantage)
· Travel activity 20-30 %
