Job Description

Our Global Business Services Pensions team is looking for a Pensions Administrator to join their team based at our Frimley office in Surrey! This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

You will provide pension administration services to the assigned Siemens business(es) and to beneficiaries of the Siemens Benefits Scheme to meet requirements of current policies and procedures and external legal requirements.

Responsibilities include:

· 
Calculating and paying pension benefits in accordance with the Trust Deed and Rules of the Scheme. Undertaking peer checking.

· 
Communicating with members professionally and attends and participates in client presentations/one-to-one meeting when required. Able to explain complex pensions related issue to members in writing, over the telephone and in person.

· 
Taking care of queries from beneficiaries, their representatives, HR, Payrolls and other external agencies. Seeking ways to build effective and professional relationships with members, internal and external contacts.

· 
Helping monitor service level agreement to ensure targets set by Scheme Trustees are met. Suggesting process or system improvements and support their implementation.

· 
Highlighting potential problem cases to peers and assists in dealing/resolving the problem

What you need to make real what matters.

· 
Knowledge and experience of pensions scheme administration

· 
Experience using pension systems software such as SAP HR, Administrator

· 
Educated to degree level, HND, HNC or equivalent, or educated to GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
