Our Siemens Shared Service Operational Excellence team is responsible for process improvement within Accounting, Controlling, HR, Supply Chain Management, Logistics and other Business Services.

Our SSC has two locations: Prague and Ostrava, so business trips are needed once or twice in a month. The team comprise of 13 members.

Your main responsibilities will be:

· work withShared Services Operations Managers, Team Leaders and others to identify improvement needs
· drive process optimization with Lean or 6sigma methods
· coach colleagues during project realization - PMO
· support Lerning and Development initiatives

What we need from the candidate:

· high school/university degree ideally in Business Studies, Finance, Information Systems or equivalent experience
· previous Shared Service experience in multinational environmnt
· fluency in English& Czech(German as advantage)
· previous Project Management experience dealing with change management
· strong analytical skills
· excellent oral and written communication skills
