For Siemens Industry Software Sp. z o. o. we are currently seeking to hire a Mid- Level PLM Application Support Engineer to join our team based in Wrocław Poland.

What are my responsibilities?

· Manage ticket priority, urgency, escalation and service level agreements (SLAs) & solve tickets as per agreed measures
· Handling Production issues as per SLAs - Analysis/Trouble shooting/Debugging (preferable in heavy engineering domain knowledge)
· Interaction with clients for requirement understanding, unclear/incomplete requirement, additional requirement, input data issues
· Deliver final results to customer/end user
· Create recommended solutions in the knowledge base in German and English for re-use
· Assist the Project Manager in the planning and effective application of change management principles to the project, where required
· Assist the Project Manager on Quality of Service, SLA, CSI, etc.
· Develop relationships with the aim of being seen as a trusted support personnel to customers and colleagues.
· Lead in the problem-solving of issues through to resolution, providing considered workaround and viable solutions to the customer
· Establish and build effective relationships with customers with excellent communication skills

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· German and English (B2 level) is MUST
· Overall 2-3 years of Experience in IT level 2 support. Must have experience in troubleshooting problems
· Basic IT support, Access Rights, Trouble shooting etc
· TC & NX hands on experience with core knowledge of:
· TC basic knowledge
· TC – NX Data management
· TC - Data management for div. Cad integration (NX, ACAD, Medusa; SolidEdge)
· TC Visualization (Viewer; TC Professional; TC Mock up
· NX administration knowledge
· NX-TC Integration Knowledge (All CAD integrations)
· NX Functional support for Modeling, Drafting and Assembly structures (NX Sheet metal usage in application & NX Routing usage in application, Part families, reusable libraries and deformed parts Customer Defaults, Template creation, etc.)
· Check Mate setup knowledge
· NX Check mate for quality check of model & drawing (Standalone only)
· NX licenses knowledge
· Analyzing performance issues with NX (any domain knowledge)
· Knowledge of Dispatcher services
· Knowledge of TC OOTB utilities
· NX attribute mapping – Title Block
· Documentation of NX issues and solutions
· GTAC IR creation and working with Solution Center

What else do I need to know?

· To be able to work from our Polish office
· Job timing : 8 AM to 5 PM CET
· Exceptionally : possibility to work in shift mode ( 24x7 support ) to serve globally
