Your new role – challenging and future -oriented

· Responsible for the mechanical product care for servo motors.
· Ensures the production on highest quality level as the contact person in the R&D department for the production, quality, logistic departments and service.
· Conducts systematic analyses of “redesign to cost” .
· Analyzes and judges suggestions from our internal continuous improvement system to continuously optimize the products.
· Supports the production by optimizing processes and qualifying motor components.
· Analyzes the issues in production area which have an impact on the product specification and investigates the possible causes with the goal to optimize the quality.
· Coordinates or assists the transfer of knowledge or new products between Germany and Romania plants.
· Elaborates and defines measures working in interdisciplinary teams to eliminate the discontinuity in the manufacturing process or to minimize the manufacturing costs.
· Assists in making the necessary changes to the product or to the production equipment.
· Coordinates with the product managers in the development department and the persons responsible for the production.

Your Qualifications – Solid and Appropriate

· Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering required.
· Good spoken / written English and /or German.
· Good knowledge of MS-Office package.
· Experience with 2D and 3D design software ( preferable Siemens NX).
· Experience in the electrical machines field (synchronous motors, servomotors) is desirable.
· Six sigma experience is an advantage.
· Team player.
· Quick learner.
· Problem Solving oriented.
