Test Operator (location Helmond)

General Information

Tass international is growing rapidly. As result of our success we are looking for Test Operators for our department Homologations.

As Test Operator you are responsible for testing, daily maintenance and related activities. Your competences stretch to testing activities as specified by the Operational Manager as well as ensuring the correct preparation of testing machine(s) and test sample(s) before, during and after testing, with respect to the relevant quality instructions.

Your main responsibilities will be to confirm appropriateness of test equipment prior to performance of the tests as well as performing tests with the appropriate test equipment, defined by the authorized working instructions.

As Test Operator you have an eye for detail and identifying potential mis-measurements during and after testing. Alongside testing and preparation you keep track and register measurements, (non)conformities and keep relevant notes of the testing procedures, struggles…

Required Background & Education:

• Education Level: Minimum MBO (vocational school), preferentially a mechanical or

mechatronic engineering degree

• Experience in process/manufacturing industry

• Good knowledge and experience with quality standards and product quality control

• Good communication and representation skills

As Test operator you don't shy away from challenges , you have a flexible mentality/mindset and you are able to skillfully represent the company during (onsite) testing activities and you are willing to perform test projects at our resident customers. This position requires good communication and teamwork.
