We are looking for driven individuals with a passion for manufacturing and engineering excellence. We're seeking talented Manufacturing Engineers to join our team at Siemens Healthineers in Oxford. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in collaboratively managing quality, productivity, and output, contributing to our mission of delivering world-leading products while upholding our zero-harm culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solving Manufacturing Problems: You will apply engineering principles and methods to identify and resolve manufacturing issues, both internally and within our extended supply chain.
  • Project Management: Lead projects aimed at enhancing Quality and productivity through continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, engineering changes, and capital/value stream projects.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the New Product Introduction (NPI) team, taking ownership of and addressing a diverse range of manufacturing and process challenges.
  • Innovation: Develop and implement new processes and manufacturing equipment, leveraging digital technologies to support our cutting-edge products and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • To thrive in this Oxford-based Engineering role, you should possess:
  • A degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent technical experience in manufacturing/process engineering.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, demonstrating ownership and structured thinking capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively at all levels
