You will provide technical mentorship and direction to the shop floor, answer technical questions related to repairability of equipment´s and closely work professionals to drive improvements and collaborating with external and internal partners. You will collaborate with the operations managers in the manufacturing repair area to meet the encouraged productivity

Primary responsibilities:

·  Develop innovation and improvements for critical equipment's and technology.
·  Updates, upgrades and change of existing technologies to improve performance of our products.Also, in charge for maintenance investment projects.
·  Stablishes and improves preventive and predictive maintenance programs for production equipment's.
·  Develops and proposes training programs for technicians. Also, Train yourself our technicians.
·  Responsible for PLC programs back-ups. Works on upgrades for existing equipment's and works on new equipment programs.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

·  Degree Field(s): Mechatronic Engineer / electromechanical engineer
·  1 year of proven experience in Maintenance Field (Internships are welcome)
·  Proficient English
·  Knowledge of root cause analysis tools, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, six sigma.
·  Basic Domain of mechanical, Pneumatic, electronic, hydraulic systems.
·  Advanced knowledge of PLC programming, electrical and pneumatic diagrams.
·  Orientation to results
·  Innovation
·  Initiative and Execution
