We work in over 220 applications, systems and projects ranging from infrastructure services for IT platforms up to data analytics and cyber defense, achieving an unprecedentedly high level of customer satisfaction.

As part of the Vulnerability Remediation team, operate and maintain the supporting infrastructure and the Request Tracker tool (Best Practical’ RT) that is used to conduct the global vulnerability remediation activities.

What are my responsibilities?

· Request Tracker Operation and Maintenance;
· RedHat Linux operating system maintenance;
· Knowledge of Oracle Database Operation and Maintenance;
· Monitor and correct custom developed Perl tools and processes;
· Further develop integrations and tools, interfaces and components of RT;
· Develop subject matter expertise in focused areas of security.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· Academic degree and 4-5 years work experience on the field of system administration;
· Strong knowledge in administration of Linux, its components, as well as Oracle required;
· Experience in system (OS, database, web) and network security;
· Scripting skills, especially in Perl;
· Experience in security scanners like Qualys or Nessus is a big plus;
· Experience with RT is a big plus;
· Fluent in English.
