We are the Czech regional dealership of the divisions Process Industries and Drives (PD) and Digital Factory (DF). Our divisions provide a unique portfolio of PLM software tools, industrial automation solutions and drive technologies tailored to meet customer requirements in various industrial areas.

You will be:

· Performing market analyses, identifying business opportunities
· Co-defining business strategies with the division head, preparing presentations, analyses and inputs
· Supporting strategy implementation and acceptance within the division, incl. coaching and supporting managers in this topic
· Key user of internal CRM system
· Keeping up-to-date with industrial market trends and competition
· Cooperating with division HQ, preparing various business reports
· Focusing on internal processes and tools optimization

You should have

· Advanced English or German
· Strong IT skills with focus on MS Office, proficiency in MS Excel
· Ability to gather and analyse information from various sources, included internet, social media, databases, associations, etc.
· Excellent awareness of Czech industrial market
· Strategic and positive thinking, strong leadership and communication skills
· Flexibility and readiness to take-on various tasks assigned by division head
· Strong focus on customer needs and sales development
· Experience in business strategies and CRM tool is an advantage
