Job Title: Thermodynamics Engineer

Location: Pune, India

Department: Power and Gas

Position: Full- time

Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

· 
Thermodynamical design of centrifugal turbo compressors

· 
Optimization of customized machine conceptions

· 
Internal documentation of calculation results

· 
Preparation of customer documents

· 
Attendance at meetings with customers, e.g. design reviews, incl. preparation of necessary presentations

· 
Internal and external coordination with regard to adaptation of thermodynamical design with other requirements (Mechanics, design, plant design, instrumentation & controls...)

· 
Support of sales dept., project management, test bed engineering, site management

· 
Troubleshooting

· 
Successful university degree in mechanical engineering with focus on turbomachinery, fluid engineering, thermodynamics, heat engineering, process engineering

· 
Excellent knowledge of turbomachinery, aerodynamics, thermodynamics

· 
Sound knowledge of oil and gas industry, air separation, petrochemics/refinery industry, general chemical applications

· 
Skilled in MS Windows, MS Office and Linux

· 
Very good knowledge of English

· 
Knowledge of other foreign languages most welcome

· 
Work experience is desirable, but graduates are welcome as well

· 
Intercultural experience is welcome

· 
Initiative, learning aptitude, analytical skills, focus on results, assertiveness, ability to communicate, customer orientation
