Country Security Officer, LC Indonesia

Job description

The Country Security Officer (CoSo) is a full time employee of the Siemens Security department (GM SEC) who contribute as part of the Regional Security Office to security of Siemens personnel, asset & operations.

Due to the matrix-organisation nature of the position, the Country Security Officer, Indonesia Office has multi-dimension role and responsibilities.

- To GM SEC and the Regional Security Office, Asia-Australia

· To be the main representative of GM SEC GSC AA in the assigned area of operations, having the necessary organisation structure, knowledge and competencies to effect and implement GM SEC topics and requirements.

· To serve as the focal for GM SEC organisation in the assigned area of operations, having local understandings of the company’s business footprints, and the various countries’ social, cultural and legislation background, thus contributing to the overall decision-making processes.

· To plan, develop, drive, lead, and organise necessary resources for the effecting and implementations of GM SEC topics and requirements in the assigned area of operations.

· To constantly evaluate the risk environment of the company in the assigned area of operations, highlighting risks and vulnerabilities that would require mitigating solution to the Regional Security Office and region-companies leadership.

· To serve as the Regional Security Office, Front-line Response in the

assigned area of operations, supporting the region-companies leadership in the event of emergencies or crises.

- To PT. Siemens Indonesia

· Although bundled by GM SEC GSC AA, the Country Security Officer reminds accountable and responsible to the CEO, PT. Siemens Indonesia for the implementation of GM SEC topics and requirements in PT. Siemens Indonesia.

· To be accountable and responsible to the CEO and leadership of PT. Siemens Indonesia for the proper business conducts and practices in administrating the GM SEC GSC AA, Indonesia Office.

· To serve as the main security advisories to the PT. Siemens Indonesia leadership, with regards to GM SEC topics requirements and standards.

· To plan, develop, drive, lead and organise necessary resources for the effecting and implementations of GM SEC topics and requirement in PT. Siemens Indonesia.

· To organise, lead and train the security team and representatives from PT.Siemens Indonesia businesses, working towards the effective implementation of GM SEC topics and requirements.

· To constantly evaluate the risk environment of PT. Siemens Indonesia, highlighting risks and vulnerabilities to the leadership, and contributing to the necessary mitigating solutions.

· To develop, drive, lead, train and coordinate all necessary resources in the build-up and the execution of the PT. Siemens Indonesia Crisis Management Plan, in support of the Crisis Management Executive, PT. Siemens Indonesia.
