What are my responsibilities?

· Customer Management: Actively gathers on the customers and customer's requirement / targets, involve the customer in decision making and provides regular information.
· Risks, Opportunity & Issues Management: Throughout project identifies and assesses all risks factors, devises suitable strategies for risks mitigation. Identifies and minimize NCC and ensure risks monitoring at project phases.
· Claim Management: involves withthe project team in the identification of the claim at an early stage, notify customer, management and project team of scope deviation.
· Partner Management: Involves with sub-contractors to execute the erection and testing works at site. To ensure the civil site activities as per approved design.
· Planning of Resources: To plan the manpower & material timely in order to avoid delay in site activities.
· Leadership and Communication: Ensures targeted and full communication within the project team. Agrees targets with civil and ETC contractors, coach and control contractors.
· Support Project Manager in the activities

Preparation of submittals, its clarification and approvals.

Review and verify civil design/drawings and calculations

Prepare bar bending and cutting schedule.

O versee the construction work ensuring quality, time and specifications are met.

Prepare construction schedule & report. (Daily/weekly; as required)

Ensure QA/QC procedures are complied

Ensure site and personnel safety and that the EHS procedures and requirements are met.

Ensure equipment and procedures are complied with safety regulations.

Ensure site As-Built drawings are prepared.

Measurement Sheets are verified as per the relevant drawings and to have them approved from relevant authority

Application of (local) standards and regulations, in cooperation with local authorities, design Offices and construction companies

What doI need to qualify for this job?

· You must have minimum qualification of Bachelors of Engineering in Civil
· 3-4 years of experience in the related field with reputable local or preferably multinational company.

What do I need to know?

· Knowledge of planning software (Primavera 6or MS Project)
· Knowledge of project management
