We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Engineer - Large Drives, Motors & Service - O&G (onshore e offshore) and Chemical to be a part of our established team in  Brazil (São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro) .

As part of the team you will encourage and leader Business Development functions.

Key Responsibilities

·  Develop customers and businesses in Brazil, working on project studies and opportunities focused on the O&G market (onshore and offshore) and chemical industry.
·  Contribute to the achievement of sales targets, profitability and increase participation of the company in these markets with a focus on sales of low and medium voltage converters and digitalization portfolio
·  Manage sales activities with a focus on consultative sales, monitoring and developing the company's potential in its business, ensuring the dissemination of its products and services, following the market progress, the evolution of offers and giving courses and lectures.
·  Act strategically by managing project information with international players, as well as within Siemens in Germany and the USA.
·  Create an environment for business growth in customers, focusing on alignment with the regional sales area, helping to prospect for new customers and increasing the company's participation in existing customers.

Your qualifications

·  Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Electrotechnical Engineering or equivalent
·  + 3 years’ experience in consultative sales of equipment and services for industry
·  Knowledge of engineering and maintenance projects (services) involving low and medium voltage converters and motors
·  Experience in the market in Mining, Chemicals, Steel, Pulp and Paper, Oil and Gas, Sanitation and Cement verticals.
·  Availability for travel throughout Brazil and availability for international travels
·  Advanced English
