岗位描述 Job Description

·  从事能源、发电、楼宇、数字化工厂、交通等领域的数据分析和实现工作；
·  与业务相关方紧密合作，了解业务需求，并且提出相应可行方案；
·  基于设计文档和技术架构，设计并开发相关数据分析应用程序；
·  技术研究：参与项目技术研究，学会解决技术问题。
·  Join in the data analysis and implementation work in Energy, Power Generation, Building, Digital Factory, Transportation, etc
·  Work closely with related parties to understand business requirements, and propose elegant and useful solutions
·  Build and implement relevant data analysis applications based on design documents and technical architecture, design and implement the applications
·  Technical research: to participate in project technology research, learn to solve the technical problems

岗位要求 Qualifications

·  计算机，数学相关专业，硕士及以上学历；
·  强烈的职业道德和对成功的渴望；
·  熟悉至少一种编程语言，如Java，JavaScript，Python；
·  熟悉常见的统计学模型，机器学习模型和算法。了解各种常见的数据分析技术；
·  熟悉软件开发流程，了解敏捷开发模式，例如：Scrum；
·  操作Linux操作系统，熟练使用常用命令；
·  熟练的英语听说读写能力。
·  Recent graduated MS in Computer Science, Mathematics or relevant majors
·  Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
·  Familiar with at least one programming language, prefer Java, JavaScript, Python
·  Experience in applying statistical modelling, machine learning. Understand various data analytics technologies stack.
·  Familiar with software engineering and agile methods like Scrum
·  Experience and familiar with Linux
·  Excellent communication skills in English, both in written and oral

优先条件 Priority Condition

·  熟悉主流机器学习平台，解决方案和架构。如：Tensorflow, Caffe, MXNet等；
·  有相关大型分布式系统开发及大数据应用开发经验者优先，如: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka等；熟悉DFS, MapReduce和其他大数据处理技术者优先；
·  熟悉时间序列数据库，Redis，MongoDB等非关系型数据库，内存数据库者优先。
·  Experience and familiar with leading-edge machine learning platforms and solutions, such as Tensorflow, Caffe, MXNet
·  Experience in large distributed systems and typical large data application framework, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.; familiar with DFS, MapReduce and other large data processing technology, or
·  Familiar with time-series database, Redis, MongoDB and other non-relational database, memory database
