Job Description:

Are you ready to build your financial career with Siemens Industry, Inc.?

The Building Technologies (BT) division of Siemens Industry, Inc. is looking to add an Accounting Operator to join its' Commercial Center of Excellence Billing team to help manage and process field project and service work. This position will be based out of the Canton MA Siemens office.
·  Role will process and functionally disseminate incoming field customer billing requests
·  Role will be an integral part of the BT finance team, a team which supports all field Sales, Service and Operations groups working to achieve order, revenue and working capital related targets.
·  As a direct report to the Zone Controller, the Accounting Assistant role is critical to the success of the field finance teams as they work to efficiently and effectively translate sales and field operations efforts into positive cash flow for Siemens.
Responsibilities

·  Manage incoming billing requests from field and process via Siemens various electronic systems and tools
·  Support field operations teams with review and troubleshooting of various data and document inconsistencies
·  Support field order entry and collections teams with direct interface regarding order entry, accounts receivable and customer master information relationships
Qualifications include:
·  Bachelor's degree preferred with business oriented major, although candidates with an Associate's Degree and directly related experience will also be considered
·  Problem solving skills focused on data and financial document review
·  2+ years of financial operations experience
·  2+ years of work with computer system business processes
·  Knowledge and use of MS Office tools, primarily Excel and Word
·  Strong math skills
·  Strong communication skills both written and verbal
·  Limited travel tied to regional finance meetings
