CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT INVESTOR H/F

As an associate in the corporate development and investor relation team, you will be working directly with Head of M&A and Investor Relations.

The position is based in the North of Paris; you will enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment and to be exposed to top management.

As a result your main responsibilities will be to:

Perform industry analyses, identify M&A opportunities and strategic review
Participate in all M&A operations (deal flow, due diligence, financial modeling and valuation …)
Follow the integration process of acquisitions
Support business development process and contribute to specific development projects (partnerships, …)
Support the CFO and head of investor relations in interactions with investors and shareholder communications
Creation of presentations and other communication material for investors
Work closely with top management

Ideally from a Master Degree in Finance or Business, Management or equivalent, you have a minimum of 4/5 years's experience in an investment banking, corporate development and consulting or transaction services.

With strong analytical skills, a strong drive, you are fluent in French and English.
