Goal: help SESAMm manage its growth, establish administrative processes, and participate in the company’s strategic planning and budgeting.

Major Duties:
 Administrative support:
• Validate and pay salaries
• Prepare invoices
• Manage insurances
• Manage archive
• etc.
 Budgeting & Accounting:
• Establish yearly budgets
• Prepare forecasted financials
• Prepare financial documents to raise capital
• Prepare yearly accounts
 Legal support:
• Prepare employment contracts based on existing models
• Prepare commercial contracts based on existing models
• Find and verify relevant legal information

Profil recherché

 Strong knowledge in accounting and audit
 Good knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel & Outlook
 Good attention to detail, decision making and problem solving skills
 Show initiative and ability to work on their own as well as in a team
 Able to present themselves well when communicating with audit firms, lawyers and partners
 Flexible towards working hours
 Interested in technical innovation
 Languages: French (native speaker) and English (minimum TOEIC (750) or TOEFL (70), or similar level

The applicant should be able to work in a team and show high motivation. This position requires autonomy and curiosity toward a changing environment. The will contribute to the company’s most important strategical, administrative, and financial work; thereby this work experience will be a high-level entrepreneurial experience.
