You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

 

Program design on:

·  Haircare
·  Fragrance
·  Haircare and Fragrance in-store services (digital and non-digital)
·  Haircare and Fragrance Omnichannel client tools & services
·  And any new and upcoming categories, selling, and application techniques for the cross-category
·  Working together with the marketing-related SU pool on new launches, categories/ services

 

Driving the Axes communities with/ for countries: 

· 
· 
·  Countries' Expert coordination
·  Defining & Communicating 
·  Animating the communities between 2 rounds via WhatsApp/emails
·  Following up on the criteria used in the countries defined by SU EME
·  Creating and following up on the structure of local training rounds – defined by SU EME

 

Beauty Masters Haircare and Fragrance communities’ development & promotion/communication around this EME program. Organization of the physical round of EME Beauty Masters and coordination of all axes (skincare, haircare, makeup, fragrance).

 

All these missions aim to create a fully coherent approach between EME and countries

 

·  Coordinate and report KPIs both for Services and axes community roles
·  Link each training action to the competencies that we are developing for retail people (Qualiopi certification)
·  Countries and Store visits occasionally
·  Managing the Haircare and Fragrance budget lines
·  Presenting the priorities/novelties linked to your scope during the monthly Zoom call meeting
