Test / Automation Engineer (H/F)

If you are passionate by electronics, automation & test and if you are you able to design efficient solution for final assembly automation and test then join Sensors industrialization team and have the opportunity to demonstrate your know how in a dynamic and innovative environment. This is an exciting role that will offer much opportunity to grow and learn in a highly technical field.

Your main missions as industrialization test /automation engineer:

· Define our production test strategy to insure the right test coverage at the best cost.

· Insure test robustness through design for test process in a close collaboration with design team taking into account production constraints.

· use the right tools to structure your approach, FMEA test, testability study, Valor …

· Specify, implement and insure production starting for test equipments including automation for assembly and industrial IT for production magement
· Insure final qualification in collaboration with the receiving plant at the right level of quality, cost, ergonomics and capacity.
· Train and support users for new equipment on production site.
· Bring your expertise to Schneider test community and to factories for quality improvement, problems solving and productivity studies.

Profil recherché

· Bachelor of Science in Electronical Engineering or comparable degree / experience combination

Competencies:

· 3 to 5 years minimum experience with industrial electronic products (manufacturing, design)

· Specific experience with in-circuit and functional test

· Specific experience with PLC systems

· Software skills, Visual studio, VB.Net, MySQL, Navigate (Teradyne tester)

· Network experience, Ethernet TCP/IP and Modbus

· Knowledge in radio communication, Zigbee 2.4G, RFID …

· Advanced PC skills (i.e. hardware modification / replacement).

· Solid English writing / speaking skills.
