Solution Manager - DTF App Layout (m/f)

Mobility is the goal

The internal developed mobile applications are used by field staff, field management and sales staff. They are essential for the business and reduce administrative cost dramatically. The solution manager will ensure the maintenance and development of these applications. Your tasks may include:

Setting standards for app layout
Translating business requirements, delivered by BPM (Business Process Management), into epics and user stories
Creating effort estimations and discuss them with the responsible BPM
Oversee all aspects of mobile solution projects
Involved with overhauling mobile applications and oversee the development of such
Responsible from inception through production, implementation and post-implementation phases of mobile solution projects
Consult BPMs about their specific needs prior to developing or starting a project

Mobility needs you

You are a self-starting and motivated candidate with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills who is able to effectively direct and oversee development teams. Further requirements include:

3 or more years of experience in requirements engineering or project management
A degree in computer science is an additional advantage (in this case a bachelor in business administration or a comparable subject is sufficient). A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable

Experienced in mobile app screen design
Experience in working with iOS and mobile development. Android know-how is an advantage.
Fluent English, written and spoken, is a must
Xamarin, C# and Swift programming skills are an advantage
