Software Development Engineer (m/f) in Ebikon

Mobility is the goal

In this position you are responsible for the specification and implementation of new firmware and software for the IoEE CUBE (IoT gateway).

Further responsibilities include:

Maintain and modernize existing software applications of the CUBE and the Continuous Integration and Testing software components
Definition, implementation, and maintenance of interfaces to other software components
Engineering unit testing, system testing, and documentation of developed software
Cooperation with Schindler’s development partners

Mobility needs you

Schindler seeks people with university degree in software or electronic engineering (Bachelor or Master of Science) or corresponding years of experience in development of embedded Linux systems. You should provide very good skills in C, C++, and/or Python. Knowledge in IoT and distributed systems.

Solid written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
Travelling required (max. 20%)
