The contract is limited to 6 months with the possibility to be extended.
JOB OVERVIEW
As an SPC you support the enablement of suppliers onto the Ariba Network for Buyer Customers by coordinating supplier enablement for various projects.
Supplier Program Coordinator is a role with internal customers. The main internal customers are Enablement project managers (buyer customer facing) and Supplier Onboarding Agents (supplier customer facing).
An increasing demand for efficiency and a high complexity of supplier programs requires from you a high focus on scalability. This means that we expect from you to deliver great results while questioning, rethinking and adjusting approaches and processes
Main tasks are:

·  Coordinating supplier enablement efforts (CRM)
·  Auditing and analyzing weekly reports regarding progress against goals and potential risks in supplier enablement (CRM/Excel)
·  Creating and reviewing Training materials for assigned projects
·  Training Supplier Onboarding Agents in regards of project specifics and expectations

Education / Experience

·  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

·  Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software (intermediate level required for Excel, PowerPoint, and Word specifically)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

·  Advanced knowledge of the Ariba Network functionality including transactional and catalog areas.
·  Proven ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities.
·  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
·  Superior customer service skills with experience in handling difficult customer situations.
·  Innovative thinker
·  Another European language is a plus.
