PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES: The Digital Transformation Office is dedicated to raising awareness and credibility as to SAP’s digital brand. This is through strategic customer engagements, strategic programs, content and thought leadership and value platforms. The DTO reports directly into the Office of the CEO. The internship position will help drive the creation of content and thought leadership to enable the customer facing roles and changing the perception of SAP in the marketplace.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
· Conduct research to develop content and whitepapers around key topics digital technologies such as Machine Learning, Artifical Intelligence, IoT, Blockchain, Others
· Help develop content for select industries and line of businesses
· Collect, read, and rate rate articles, TED talks, and other sources to enable content sharing with other team members
· Collect publicly available customer stories to better understand application of new digital technologies
· Support some customer engagements by doing an outisde-in analysis of their strategy, financial performance, key initiatives, etc.
· Promote content that is created by DTO by using various channels including social media
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS
· Minimum of technical undergraduate degree
· MBA from leading school will be a plus
· Microsoft Office tools proficiency
WORK EXPERIENCE
· Minimum of a couple of internships during undergraduate degree
· 1-2 years of experience post undergraduate will be a plus
