TEAM
Our Cloud Platform Engineering Services team is a global organization delivering internally a set of engineering services, cloud-based and continuous integration oriented, to SAP development teams. The internship takes place in the development team in charge of DevOps infrastructure, services and continuous integration capabilities used by SAP developers.

OBJECTIVE
Participate in the internal development, integration and documentation activities of the integration / deployment platform used by the SAP developer community.

MISSIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES
Under the guidance of the internship supervisor and in collaboration with the various product managers involved (in France and Germany), our internship covers the following aspects:
• Implementation and / or extension of shared components of the continuous integration and delivery platform, including user documentation.
• Operations on the CI / CD platform, covering different development technologies (Java, nodejs, docker, ruby, python ... etc) and infrastructure services (github, jenkins, nexus, artifactory ... etc)

COMPETENCIES / SKILLS
The internship is offered to a software engineering student in terminal year, with a good understanding of programming languages in general (Python language will be used for the development planned during the internship) and DevOps technologies, wishing to deepen and extend the DevOps specific knowledge.

Required skills :
• Fast learner
• Ability to work in an international team, capable to interact in fluent English with users / peers
• Capable to propose and articulate new functional / technical approaches within and across team
• Capable to provide regularly status updates and corresponding demos.
