YOUR MISSION

Multiposting team is looking for a Software Engineer that can own the full lifecycle of our products. You will be required to bring creativity and technology prowess to Success Factors solutions.

 

We are a growing company and are seeking an innovator to grow with us. The ideal candidate is looking for an opportunity to jump into the HCM software world and build the next phase of SuccessFactors Recruiting products from the ground up. The right person will be a technical ambassador for SuccessFactors charged with constructing the building blocks to establish a great team, scalable solution, and technical excellence.

 

As a Software Engineer at SuccessFactors, you will work on specific projects critical to SuccessFactors development - switch projects as you and our fast-paced company grow and evolve. We need solid technical foundation and the right person will be versatile, display leadership qualities, built teams, and be ready to tackle new problems across the full stack.

 

As part of the SuccessFactors Paris team, you will get all the advantages of the big corporation with all the agility and innovation culture of a French startup!

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Design, develop, test, and deploy highly scalable, complex applications;
·  Help develop a quickly growing engineering team;
·  Conduct code reviews and design sessions;
·  Work in a highly collaborative, mission-driven, agile product team;
·  Consult with designers, developers, and other architects to evaluate and develop product specifications;
·  Track project status and communicate progress effectively to internal management and external stakeholders;
·  Play a critical role by influencing the building process of both the technical team and the broader Company.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

·  Master’s degree in computer science or information technologies;
·  You already have a successful experience in the area of web development;
·  You master Python, and at least one framework;
·  You have a strong knowledge in the area of relational (in particular MySQL) and NoSQL databases;
·  You are familiar with Unix environments.
·  Knowledge of Django (python framework).
·  Mastery of at least one object programming language;
·  Mastery of a Javascript framework would be a plus;
·  A good level in Street Fighter or ping pong is essential.
