PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

 

In order to support customer’s digital transformation, SAP is setting up a series of strategic customer centers (EBCs, Experience centers, Innovation centers) across the globe. SAP Global Presales – Solution Experience is ensuring consistent and minimal efforts related to the tasks of initial setup, content maintenance, operation and coordination. The ultimate outcome is to bring the most memorable experience to SAP customers visiting our centers.

As demos & operations specialist within the Customer eXperience Center Hub, you will support & coordinate projects to bring reusable & new innovative showcases into Customer Centers.

You primary goal will be to help local leads of about 20-25 centers across the globe be successful with the lowest efforts.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

The demos & operations specialist within the Customer eXperience Center Hub will:

·  Constantly search for new ways to interact with customers in the centers,
·  Find & document the most relevant content (demos and others),
·  lead projects to repackage existing great content,  making it easy to consume by customer centers.
·  improve and ease operations of customer centers.
·  On request of the local centers, you will help maintain or install new content onsite.

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Required

·  Demonstrates professionalism and ownership of the assigned topics.
·  Excellent communication skills.
·  Ability, flexibility (=adapt, when required, to time zones) and willingness to work in a global team.
·  Organization skills – project management skills
·  General IT interest & skills.
·  Passion for innovation. (augmented/virtual reality, proximity technologies, Industry 4.0, machine learning, tech gadgets,…)

 

  Preferred

·  Development skills in any of those: Objective-C/Swift, Java, htm5, .net, Unity
·  Arduino/Raspberry PI hands-on.
·  SAP or industry knowledge

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
