SAP Labs is looking for Database & Data Management Intern for Sales department (12-months contract)

POSITION SUMMARY

The required candidate for this position should demonstrate a clear and concise knowledge of SAP business strategies. The position requires professionalism and technical proficiency. The position requires advanced knowledge of SAP products and clients. The candidate should show drive and enthusiasm towards all their duties. Being comfortable in English is a large part of this position and any prospective candidate should be willing to use their language skills on a regular basis. The candidate should also possess ideas and be able to turn them into reality.

TASKS

·  Prepare reports of products in CRM, controlling (it is necessary to keep a track on actual current products working with MS Excel)
·  Preparation of presentations for SAP CIS management team
·  Reporting the current status of the sales process from the team, updates, comments, preparation of information in English.
·  Making ideas into a material form
·  Preparation for meeting: a selection of relevant materials on a given topic
·  Ability to work late if necessary
·  Working with social Networks (Industry awareness)
·  Working with the media press and electronic media
·  Help after marketing events, gathering information, visitor numbers, information processing, follow up
·  Follow up meetings
·  Control of internal projects and initiatives

EXPECTATIONS

·  Wish and ability to work with people, because our department works and communicates with the client a lot.
·  Accuracy while working with databases and SAP applications, information and specifications.
·  English level from Upper-intermediate
·  We need to see results, not only spending time in the office. However, sometimes we might have urgent projects so you need to be available to stay in the office later than usual if necessary.
·  Knowledge of MS Power Point at a very high level, knowledge of MS Excel at the same level

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION

·  Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science University Students 3-4 course
·  English Upper-Intermediate and higher
·  MS Office
