PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
As ISV/OEM Sales Associate you will support the AEs in running Social Selling campaigns, handling inbound and marketing leads and processing small opportunities. The role support the ISV/OEM sales organization in the identification and conversion of net new opportunities using telephone sales (inbound/outbound calls). Responsible for understanding SAP OEM product offerings and competitive market. Identifies new business opportunities by creating and implementing territory campaigns with the assistance of the corresponding AE & the OEM Marketing organization.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Your tasks will include, though will not be limited to:
· Prospect, and manage ISV/OEM sales opportunities with the corresponding AE.
· Increase pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns to SAP ISV/OEM install base accounts and prospects
· Support AEs in Up-sell & cross sell of SAP OEM products in ISV install base
· Develop and nurture non-active accounts
· Support AEs in Contract Renewals and Execution
· Tracking and reporting of all activities performed
· Provide accurate and timely management information and forecasts
· Keep up to date with all developments related to SAP strategy for ISVs/OEMs and also new product releases
· Develop and maintain competitive knowledge on industries and products to leverage in the sales cycle
· Work collaboratively with Outbound, Inside and Field reps on sales strategy

WORK EXPERIENCE
· Prior intern or apprenticeship, preferably in the areas of telesales
· Experience in one of the following domains
· B2B sales
· International, virtual team work
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
· Post Graduate in Business Administration and/ or Business Sales
· Fluency in English
· Written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills including collaboration and facilitation.
· Understanding of the enterprise software market, Experience within other software company is desirable
· Good technology understanding
· Aggressive, great attitude, strong organizational skills and a self-starter
· Team player.
