PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The SAP Knowledge team works on providing the best end-to-end knowledge experience for continuous learning and innovation. Based on innovative User Assistance on the SAP Help Portal and Education Technology, such as the leading cloud learning platforms openSAP and SAP Learning Hub , we offer a highly resourceful learning landscape.
Our mission is to enable User Assistance developers across SAP to find creative solutions for what content we deliver and how. We need to go beyond flat text to innovative new formats and media types. We need to empower our UA developers and make them ready for technologies, so they can make user assistance part of an e2e knowledge experience that delights every customer that touches it.
We are looking for an apprentice to support the user assistance community with providing multi-media services, especially video, while meeting the SAP brand guidelines.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
• Production of videos and other multi-media assets such as infographics, interactive graphics
• Text and multimedia content creation, posting and publication for internal services web site
• Supporting UA colleagues with the creation of video

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Required skills
• Student of corresponding topics, such as: design, graphic design or visual communication
• You're looking for a one year apprenticeship as a part of our L3 or M2 (last year of bachelor or master studies)
• Basic understanding of general design principles
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken) are a must
• Knowledge of motion design tool such as Adobe After Effects
• Knowledge of vector-based graphic tool such as Adobe Illustrator
• Basic knowledge of bitmap-based graphic tools such as Adobe Photoshop
• Profound knowledge of MS office tools, especially PowerPoint
• Team player, who enjoys collaborating with others
• Self-motivated, independent working style

Preferred skills
• Basic knowledge on animation tools, such as Adobe Animate CC
• Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools, such as Adobe Premiere & After Effects
