iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

Therefore, only applications that are submitted in English will be considered.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Warehousing Business Deployment Expert - Europe - VIE Contract (W/M)

Responsibilities:

Leading the implementation of the Warehousing processes on business side in alignment with SCCore roll-out strategy and roadmap:

- Leading the site readiness assessment for the Warehousing process focusing on business & organizational aspects

- Driving the Core Model assessment and Local Design adoption by:

·  Performing the fit/gap analysis and defining the needs for localization with the objective to stick as much as possible to the core model
·  Defining agreed local business requirements and contributing to the functional specification writing

- Defining local workaround when required

- Making sure that the needed documentation SOPs (Standing Operating Procedures) are updated and available before Go Live

- Driving the end-to-end user acceptance testing: testing plan, strategy & testing material localization, UAT (User Acceptance Testing) execution support

- Supporting the MDM (Master Data Management), Data Quality and Data Migration activities

- Providing support to users post go-live

Being the advocate of the Core Model and minimize the needs for localization:

- Working in collaboration with the Distribution Project Manager Europe to ensure the core model is agreed to and the localization are kept to a minimum

- Challenging any localization requirement with the support of the Core Warehousing Stream

Ensuring buy-in from local business representatives while supporting the change management and growing capabilities:

- Engaging with Business Warehousing Stakeholders to ensure early buy-in according to implementation approach

- Collaborating with the Change Management team and the Transportation & Warehousing Project Managers to organize the change management actions

- Driving the Change Readiness Assessment and the “Capabilities Growing”

- Driving the end-to-end training management: strategy localization, planning definition, training material localization, end-users training

Contributing to overall value realization for the Warehousing process:

- Ensuring the value realization is enabled along the implementation by:

·  Running the initial performance assessment
·  Ensuring Value Realization ambitions are clear
·  Ensuring KPI's (Key performance indicators) are implemented and performance measurements trackers are implemented

- Performing post go-live maturity assessments and define improvement action plans

Contributing to securing the roadmap and supporting project management on its stream:

- Managing business-related project activities for the Warehousing stream and ensure deliverables are delivered in time

- Identifying risks and propose Mitigation plan

- Escalating relevant issues and risks to SCCore Distribution Business Project Manager Europe in due time

- Guaranteeing the roll-out methodology and deployment kit is applied for his stream and region

Requirements:

·  Master Degree in Business Management/Supply Chain or Logistics
·  Demonstrating a good track record in the Warehousing area, preferably in a Pharmaceutical / Consumer Products industry
·  Strong Knowledge in Logistics-Distribution and Operational Experience in Warehousing Management
·  Hands on experience on managing complex stream processes and with experience of implementing such processes
·  Experience translating business needs into process and implementation requirements in an IT implementation environment
·  Experience working in program mode
·  Ability to reach consensus
·  Ability to create change management momentum, motivate/convince people
·  Accountability, reliability and ability to work in transparency
·  Open minded and active listening
·  Process design and business requirements definition capabilities
·  Capacity to formalize concepts and expectations
·  Ability to perform independently and in a collaborative environment.
·  Communication and interaction skills, including tact and diplomacy to exchange and escalade information throughout organization.
·  Fluent in English, German/French/Spanish is a plus
