About the Opportunity

As a HR Business Partner you will achieve optimum utilization of human resources across allocated client groups by supporting business partners in the initiation and implementation of contemporary HR practices in employee engagement, technical and leadership development and employee relations for GEN MED and CHC. You will be reporting to the Head of HR for Pakistan and Afghanistan

Key responsibilities

·  Acts as Business Partner, strategic solution provider, advisor and coach allocated clients.  Understands the business’ strategic needs and identifies opportunities to improve organisation capability and employee engagement and well-being. Contributes to strategic HR planning and in defining the HR strategy at GBU level. Assesses gaps between current and desired states, and deploys action plans and change management to resolve them.
·  Builds and maintains effective Employee relationships.
·  Ensures the implementation of Corporate HR policies in close coordination with Country HR and COEs.
·  Ensures execution of Performance Management, Talent Management and Development.
·  Acts as a point of contact for Headcount Control and Recruitment Planning for Gen Med & CHC
·  Partners with Business and other line leaders to provide guidance and direction on complex HR and business issues.
·  Uses Data Analytics to evaluate trends of  key HR metrics in order to identify gaps in performance at individual, management or team level e.g. of Talent Acquisition, Turnover, Disciplinary and Grievances.
·  Builds on-going strong relationships with other HRBP’s in the team in order to identify new opportunities for development and encourage cross functional moves.  Proactively contributes to the One HR model in Pakistan through participation in ad-hoc projects, bench marking, auditing, continuous improvement activities etc.

About You

To excel in this role you will need to have:

·  Bachelor’s / Master's degree preferably in Business Management though others are welcome to apply. .
·  At Least 9 -10 years of working experience with some years spent as business partnering in a multinational environment.
·  A strong communicator, team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.
·  Strong in Data Management and Analysis.
·  Experience in change management.
·  Strong Customer service orientation.
·  Capabilities such as coaching, consulting and team-building skills will be an added advantage.
