QC Business Analyst

Job description

Due to internal movements we are looking for a QC Business Analyst.

Responsibilities of the QC Business Analyst are as followed:

·  Current Laboratory Information Management System (current Beckman iLIMS):
·  Provide level-3 support for the Beckman LabManager iLIMS system.
·  Master Data Management (creation and maintenance).
·  Maintain the SOPs related to the use of the LIMS system
·  Create & maintain Crystal Reports on the LIMS Oracle database
·  Future Laboratory Information Management System (Labware / BioLIMS):
·  Support the rollout of the new future Laboratory Information Management System (Labware)
·  Master Data Management (creation and maintenance).
·  User Acceptance Testing design and testing
·  User Process setup and monitoring
·  QC Capacity Models
·  Support the maintenance of the QC Capacity Models on a per department basis in order to assess workload, cost, bench space and equipment usage.
·  Provide information on request from the Capacity Models
·  Lab Metrics, QC KPI Scorecards, QC Health Report and QC Cycle Counts
·  Gather, process & report Laboratory KPIs (No-Test rate, Lab Event rate, Right First Time, # of sample processed, etc.) on a monthly basis and upon request.
·  Support Monthly Cycle Counts (stock-counts)
·  Excel Calculation sheets
·  Creation and maintenance of the User Requirements documents.
·  Creation and maintenance of the validated Excel Calculation sheets.
·  Support the use of the validated Excel Calculation sheets.
·  QC Equipment & Software:
·  Support the User Management for the QC Equipment & Software applications.
·  Creation of data backups for the QC Software applications.

Required skillset:

·  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
·  Knowledgeable in Laboratory Information Management Systems and its processes (preferable Beckman LabManager iLIMS and/or Labware LIMS)
·  Knowledgeable in Crystal Reports development on Oracle database
·  Independent worker
·  Quick learner
·  Process minded
·  General knowledge of ways of working of a GMP QC Laboratory (In Process, Stability, EM & Utilities, Micro & Raw Materials)
·  Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
