About the Opportunity

Sanofi Genzyme has a great opportunity for a Product Manager – Multiple Sclerosis (MS)

As Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing programs for a first line product in MS that will maximize the product's potential across the Belux area.

You will be responsible for managing one Junior Product Manager (VIE). This role is based at our office in Diegem but will require frequent travel to customer sites, congresses, etc.

Key responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the Product Manager include

·  Developing and executing the brand plan and marketing strategy for the MS portfolio in the Belux.
·  Participating in the forecasting of the product
·  Developing effective marketing programs and tactics for the assigned product but also for the ‘above brand' marketing strategy in collaboration with other internal functions (e.g.: Medical affairs, Sales, Regulatory, Legal)
·  Develop promotional material (leaflet, study report, leave behind, iPad detailers) & ensure the approval of all marketing materials, liaising closely with local medical and regulatory contacts (and when applicable, legal)
·  Build a digital strategy (e.g.: emailing campaign, videos, website, apps, etc)
·  Design market research and draw conclusion of market trends, product positioning, growth strategy
·  Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders (KOL, LOL, Nurses, etc)
·  Conduct presentations to the team during sales meeting as well as ensuring training of the sales team on new messages, new materials, etc.
·  Participate to congresses (both local & international)

About You

This is a great opportunity for someone who has at least a first experience in Marketing and who is focused on growth, who enjoys taking initiative and who likes working in an independent way taking responsibility for results.

To excel in this role you will need to have:-

Essential requirements:

·  Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences and/or Marketing required
·  Min. of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
·  Masters the latest marketing methods and techniques
·  Analytical and forward thinker, problem solver, results oriented, self-organized and a self-starter
·  Fluency in French or Dutch as well as English. Fluency in all three languages is preferred.
