About growing with us

What are the main responsibilities?

·  Support administration of regular activities of the External Manufacturing (EM) Hub team. Support for projects linked to the Quality, Supply Chain, KAM&Portfolio management. Timely providing minutes from some meetings, preparation of working instructions etc.
·  Support in reporting activities, management of travelling, holidays for all Hub team
·  Support for tasks related to maintenance and cleaning of product portfolio (Portfolio rationalization) under the supervision of direct Manager (KAM, SC)
·  Support for analysis of some regular Supply Chain activities and other projects in EM Hub (e.g. collection of data and preparation of penalties analysis, transfers,..)  

About you

Requirements:

·  Active status of University student in last 1-2 years of studies is a must
·  Availability to work 20 hours a week is a must
·  Master of English (written & spoken) language and Czech or Slovak language is a must
·  Motivation to learn working in a Good Manufacturing Practise environment
·  Strong communication skills
·  Special interest in quality systems and processes
·  Good negotiation skills and diplomacy allowing you to create a consensus
·  Being able to work independently
·  Positive mind set, Team player
·  Analytical and result-oriented

What are you going to learn?

·  Organisation and Management of 3rd parties
·  External Manufacturing key projects, Quality projects  
·  Product portfolio management (sourcing cases, launching, transfers)
