New Strategic Opportunities Manager, Partner Business

職務内容

●Search and evaluate new external opportunities for GEM to make it fit in with a BU strategy through the market intelligence and financial analysis

●Create and develop deal models, such as the life cycle management option, in/out-licensing, the life cycle management option and divestiture etc. based on demand from Portfolio Development team

●Negotiate with potential partners and close deals

登録資格

【Required】
●Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administrations and/or equivalent
●3 years'experience in partnership development and/or alliance management in Rx pharmaceutical business
●3 years'experience in finance (incl. forecasting), consultancy or trade firm (with pharma clients)
●Negotiation and persuasive communication skills
●Project management skills
●Business level English (business communication with external customers and internal managements)

【Desired】
●Experience in strategy development or M&A
●3 years+ experience in the healthcare industry with broad and general knowledge about medicines / physiology / regulatory rules etc.
●Experience in Corporate planning / Business Analysis & Evaluation / Alliance management / Business Development etc.
●Marketing knowledge
●Financial controlling knowledge
●Legal knowledge
●Know-how on Due Diligence
