What you can contribute?
F or Sales Management
Ø Based on the regional sales target and marketing plan, develop sales plan
Ø Follow up of the sales activities and sales performance of the district
Ø Do A&P, OP budget planning and controlling.
Ø Make budget with the sales representatives anddefinethe territories.
Ø Manage reps' reports and system applications
Ø Visit Key Customers
For People management
Ø Provide coaching, training and evaluation of the representatives
Ø Motivate the team
What you should have?
Ø College Degree or Above
Ø At least 3 years with pharmaceutical industry and 1 years sales force management experience
Ø Industry/product knowledge
