【医療統計・疫学スペシャリスト】

◆職務内容

日本で実施する臨床研究（レジストリ、データベース研究、製造販売後調査等）において疫学、医療統計に関する専門的な支援を行う業務です。リアルワールドエビデンス（RWE）創出のための統計業務となります。
具体的には
・研究企画・プロトコール作成時の研究デザイン、解析方針の策定
・データベース研究等の実施可能性評価
・解析計画書の作成支援
・研究報告書、論文等への解析結果の反映
・外部の疫学、医療統計専門家とのコミュニケーション
・必要に応じて関係者への教育や情報提供
が含まれます。

グローバルで推進しているRWE業務へアラインするポジションとなります。各ビジネスユニットの担当者と協力し、研究目的に照らして科学的に妥当な研究デザインを提案し、得られた結果の分析を専門的な立場から支援する業務です。

Provision of scientific support for clinical researches, such as registry, database study and post-marketing study in Japan as an expert of Epidemiology and Biostatistics as follows
- Design clinical research and outline statistical analyses at planning stage
- Feasibility assessment for database study
- Input for statistical analysis plan
- Review and input for study report & publication
- Communication with external experts of Epidemiology or Biostatistics
- Education in Epidemiology to staff members

Contribute to generate RWE based on research questions in conjunction with staff members from other functions.

◆必須経験
・臨床研究における統計解析の実務経験（GCP、GPSPを問わない）

　あるいは疫学調査の計画・実施の経験
・英語でのコミュニケーション、プレゼンテーション能力を有する

・Experiences in statistical analysis for clinical research or designing/conducting Epidemiological study
・Communication and presentation ability in English

◆あれば尚可　経験
・SAS、R等のプログラミングスキル

・Programing skill for SAS, R, etc
