Medical Compliance Manger

Job description

1. Oversee a clear review process for all Medical related programs and activities prior to final approval, which include but are not limited to Medical Education Meetings, Advisory Boards Meetings,Sponsorship, Partnership, Patient Support Programs, Market Research Programs, Medical Liaison programs & activities, etc.;

2. Develop checkpoints and identify the potential problem and risk according to daily operation and observation;

3. Provide recommendations based on applicable process and available data analysis to support management's decision making process;

4. Provide training to relevant stakeholders to ensure better compliance process implementation and understanding across the organization;

5. Track/Coordinate medical compliance projects in a timely manner and get alignment wthin team;

Bachelor Degree or above

• 3-5 years of working experience in pharmaceutical company or related industry

• Detail-oriented and good self-learning agility;

• Good communication skill and sense of team spirit;

• Data monitoring mindsets and certain project management skills;
