Innovation Analyst - VIE Contract (W/M)

Job description

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.
PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.
Therefore, only applications that are submitted in English will be considered.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Innovation Analyst - VIE Contract (W/M)

Responsibilities

·  Support the Innovation Lead in the development of new products in collaboration with the brand and cross-functional team locally and Globally
·  Help to identify new product opportunities (line extensions, new segments, new brands) based on Canadian market, category dynamics & regulatory environment, define a short & longer term pipeline of new product launches for Sanofi Canada
·  Help the Innovation Lead to lead the multifunctional team and the Local Innovation Steering Committee
·  Support on the interactions with the Global & USA Innovation team
·  Be responsible for building business cases for new products and presenting them to the Leadership team
·  Seek ongoing improvement of business performance and help to build a long- and short-term business and financial objectives
·  Participate in annual brand planning & financial budgeting process
·  Monitor if the sales targets are on track

Requirements

·  University degree
·  Master of Business Administration would be a plus
·  1 year of experience in similar role (in Project management / Innovation / Consumer Package Goods / Over the Counter Products)
·  Experience in pharma industry would be a plus
·  Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
·  Strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas in a simple way
·  Good in prioritization and setting clear objectives
·  Good team player
·  Good project management capabilities
·  Able to identify the key points out of each project
·  Able to collaborate, influence, negotiate and align with peers, stakeholders and partners
·  Able to work with different people on different seniorities
·  Adaptable
·  Communicative
·  French: Advanced-excellent knowledge (verbal and written)
·  English: Advanced-excellent knowledge (verbal and written)

Travel

The position is based in Laval, Quebec. Some travel might occur but not often.
