Job description

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Finance Analyst - VIE Contract (W/M)

Responsibilities:

Budgeting and planning:

·  Providing overall support during the planning process, in terms of preparation of data and files to be provided to the countries engaged, but also for the Head of RD (Rare Disease) CEE (Central & Eastern Europe)
·  Being responsible for the Patient Market Models of CEE RD, during planning, preparation of Market Models, review, analysis and synthesis
·  Cooperating with the FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) teams of Greece, Romania and Hungary to ensure data accuracy and proper use of budgeting tools
·  Contributing to the team by suggesting process improvements and ideas in order to simplify the budgeting process in CEE

Monthly financial activities:

- Monthly dashboards:

·  Monthly Country Financial Dashboards – providing analysis of financial data to be distributed to Country Genzyme Heads, in order to support decision making
·  Monthly RD CEE Dashboards, synthesis and analysis of sales and patient data

- Providing monthly detailed operational expenses analysis per country in order to facilitate proper follow-up of expenses and affective resource allocation

- Being responsible for building monthly accruals

- Performing ad-hoc analysis related to recourse allocation or any other performance related topic

Requirements:

·  Master's Degree preferably in Finance or other related field
·  A minimum of 1 year of experience in Finance department (or internship); experience gained within pharmaceutical company would be an asset
·  Fluency in English
·  Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
·  Knowledge of planning software such as TM1 (T Memory Type 1), CEP (Complex Event Processing), HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) or other would be a plus
·  Strong analytical and synthesis skills
·  Ability to deal with confidential information
·  Ability to deal with stress situations when necessary
·  Ability to add value by suggesting process improvements and implementing innovative solutions
·  Willingness to deal with people from different cultures (previous multicultural environment experience would be an advantage)
