The VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

Assignment:
Participate the IO projects in international site (Shenzhen)
- Project management and coordination
- Participate Tech Transfer and process validation in the frame of Seed Lab project
- Contribute to develop Single Use System and automatic TFF system in step 20 with supplier
- Flu Process Optimization projects
Main activities:
In the frame of projects, following activities will be involved:
- Project management: planning, timeline & action plan follow up
- cleaning validation and decontamination validation activity
- process validation (contribute to define validation strategy, protocol and report writing, training to others)
- Process verification with statistics analysis tool
- Process optimization (develop techniques for product concentration, impurity reduction, etc.)
- Technical discussion with suppliers
Academic background; experience:
- Education related in Pharmaceutical Industry and Biology/Virology
- Bac +5 or Engineer
- Project management skill / knowledge is preferred
Required Competencies / Profile:
- Project management knowledge
- Statistics knowledge is preferred
- Operational in lab skill (for process development; process validation)
- GMP mindset and knowledge
- Good interpersonal skill (to communicate with other functions)
- Open mindset and easily adapt to Chinese culture
- Fluent English in professional field
